L4D2 gets Dead Rising crossover
Eagle-eyed Left 4 Dead 2 players will have noticed a message from Dead Rising’s hero Frank West.
Written on the wall of the abandoned pool hall, photojournalist Frank West has left a message for the endlessly irritating Otis. For those who can’t remember, he’s the guy who constantly calls you during Dead Rising and gets irate if you don’t answer.
The message reads: Out of film. No helicopter. Zombies are too fast. Not going to make it. Frank West.
It’s a cute crossover that pokes fun at Dead Rising with its ‘zombies are too fast’ jibe, so we’re crossing our fingers that Dead Rising 2 has an equally amusing answer of its own come release day. Then again, none of us own it, so we probably won’t.
